Information about the ordering process:
The following explains the steps involved in placing an order can do.

1. Shopping cart / order overview

Now you can select the desired payment method and check the selected products again. By clicking on the “Buy” button, you can then complete your order with payment.
If data is incorrect, you can still correct the data at this point. To do this, you can simply click back on the appropriate step that you want to correct on the bar at the top of the website. 4. Completion of the ordering process

Information about the storage of the contract text

The text of the contract is stored in digital form by the seller for the purpose of processing the contract and is kept for 3 years. The text of the contract will also be sent to the customer by e-mail immediately after the conclusion of the contract, including all contract terms. Here the customer can call up the text of the contract as long as the customer has saved this e-mail in his inbox. If the customer needs the text of the contract after he has already deleted the e-mail, the customer can read the text of the contract within 3 years from the conclusion of the request. The provider will then send the contract text to the customer again.
