Shipping within Germany costs €4.90 for orders up to €100. For orders over €100, shipping within Germany is free.
For deliveries to France, we also charge €4.90 shipping, and shipping to France is free for orders over €150. Shipping costs within the EU are €8.90. For deliveries to the UK, Liechtenstein, and Norway, we charge €14.90. Shipping to Switzerland costs 9.90 CHF, and shipping is free for orders over 150 CHF. For shipments outside Europe, we charge €29.90 shipping.
All national and international shipments are insured and sent via DHL.
You can conveniently pay for your order by credit card, PayPal, or via Klarna (invoice or bank transfer). Additionally, an express checkout via Shop Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay is available in the shopping cart.
We usually ship orders on every business day (Monday to Friday). Depending on the order volume, our warehouse hands over your package to DHL within 2-7 business days. All our packages are insured and can be tracked. You will receive this link by email after shipping.
Please note that bank transfers can take up to 3 business days to arrive in the recipient's account; only then will we process them and forward them to the warehouse. If you want to receive your order quickly, please choose a payment method such as PayPal, purchase on account, instant transfer, direct debit, or credit card. If you have any problems with your payment or order, please feel free to contact us by email at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com. We look forward to your order!
Would you like to return one or more items? You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, and unused whenever possible. Send us a short email so that we can register your return in the warehouse and send you all further information. You can reach us at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com.
We always try to examine all our products closely so that you can only enjoy our products. However, there are occasionally small defects that have escaped our notice. Please contact us by email at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com with photos of the affected product in such a case, so that we can exchange the goods for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, pickup from our warehouse is not possible, as we ship all orders exclusively through our shipping providers to ensure reliable and smooth delivery for you. By the way, in Hamburg, you can find our own store at Eppendorfer Landstraße 102, where you can explore our range on-site. Additionally, there are many wonderful stores that carry our products – you can find them under “Eulenschnitt near you.”
After your order, you will usually receive an automatic order confirmation immediately. If you do not receive it, please feel free to contact us at any time at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com.
You can easily redeem discount codes and gift vouchers directly at checkout, one step after the shopping cart. Please note that some discount codes are subject to certain conditions. For promotions with free products, the corresponding item must be added to the shopping cart independently, for example.
After completing your order, you will receive your digital product directly as a download. You can download the file immediately and conveniently print it at home or at a copy shop. Simply choose your desired format, print the design, and frame it according to your taste. Please note that our digital products are intended for private use only and may not be resold or used commercially.
